• What is the difference between Agreed Value and Market Value?

  Agreed Value means you are insured for that set sum insured, in the event of a total loss. Market Value means you nominate your sum insured, and in the event of a total loss you will be paid out, either the sum insured you have nominated or the current market value of your caravan whichever is the lesser.

• How do I obtain an Agreed Value?

  By contacting our customer service team and having a discussion and coming to a mutual agreement on a value amount which could involve paying an extra premium.

• Is my caravan covered for transit when being transported by train, truck or ferry?

  Is my caravan covered for transit when being transported by train, truck or ferry? As a policy inclusion, transportation via road, rail and sea are automatically included.

• Can accessories be added to my caravan?

  Accessories can be added and covered under your insurance policy. Any accessories must be advised to us and will be noted on your Certificate of Insurance.

• Am I covered when towing my caravan off-road?

  Off-road towing for your caravan is included under the policy. Off-road claims have no additional excess applied.

• Do I have contents cover under my policy?

  Cover for contents is automatically included under the policy for $5,000. If a higher contents amount is required, please contact our customer service team by referring to the link below for contact options.

• What is lay-up?

  Lay-up changes the cover for Your Caravan under the Policy, it is restricted to loss or damage occurring while Your Caravan is within the gates, walls, or fences of Your home address as specified on Your Certificate of Insurance.

• Can I hire my caravan out?

  Yes, you may hire out your caravan and we will pay a claim if You select the hire out option and it is shown on Your Certificate of Insurance.
